A mast light that fails doesn’t fail quietly. It takes a lane of your yard with it, then bills you for a boom lift and a night crew to swap it out.
Salt air corrodes ordinary housings. Constant vibration rattles fittings loose. Humidity creeps into unsealed drivers and kills them long before the LEDs are done. Port lighting gives up at its weak points. This series was built without them.

Choose 100W – 500W LED high mast light. Weights run 10 kg to 15 kg, so mast head loads stay manageable.

RTG cranes. A rubber-tyred gantry never stops moving, so every fixture on it absorbs vibration through the whole shift. That’s why the girders, trolley and gantry carry our high mast and flood units, sealed to IP66 and built for the shake. Constant, even light over the container rows means spreaders line up faster and spotters see edges instead of shadows. The Tri-proof Lighting covers the mechanical and electrical rooms, so maintenance crews work under proper light too.

Every lift depends on crews seeing exactly what’s happening under the crane, on the deck, and along the quay. Shadows and glare aren’t small annoyances up there; they slow the whole vessel call. We’ve spent years lighting terminal cranes for precisely that reason. High mast and flood units mount along the girders, trolley and gantry, holding steady, uniform light through wind and constant movement. Both are sealed to IP66, so the beam a crew starts the shift with is the beam they finish with. Clear sight lines under the boom keep productivity up and keep people out of harm’s way. Inside, the Tri-proof Lighting lights the mechanical and electrical rooms where breakdowns get fixed. The result is a crane that works as safely at 2 a.m. as it does at noon.
Container placement platform. A placement platform is a grid of moving trucks, stacked steel, and tight clearances, and light is what keeps that grid safe. Trucks queue, stackers swing, and containers land within centimeters of each other all night long. Flood lights on the yard masts throw wide, even coverage across the rows, so markings, lane edges, and people stay visible. Drivers read positions instead of guessing them, and spotters keep sight of every corner. No dark pockets between stacks, no blind spots at the pick point. Every fixture up there is IP66-sealed and salt-tested in-house, because yard masts take the full force of coastal weather. Cool white 5700K light keeps the whole yard crisp and readable. That means less strain on night crews and fewer close calls on the apron. Good luminaires, placed right, are the platform’s quietest safety system.
