Warranty Condition:

Product Warranty for 36 months upon ex-factory.
Our company will maintain the right to either repair, parts replacement or products exchange during the quality warranty period.

Below conditions are not under warranty condition:

During transportation causing the damage.
During installation or use, due to human error or misused causing the damage.
Dismantle the product causing the damage.
No purchase order document provided.
Input voltage higher than power supply specification.
Improper installation.
Natural disaster such as Earthquake, Typhoon, Lightning and fire causing the product damage.
